For our managed project engagements we use tailored PRINCE2 (Projects in a Controlled Environment). PRINCE2 is a process-driven, globally-employed project management methodology. Continued planning and monitoring is undertaken against the key performance targets of any project: time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks. The structured project management method of PRINCE2 provides a secure framework which we can apply, regardless of the project scale, type, organisation, geography or even culture.
